Al Muteri Travel and Tours – Multan, Pakistan

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Al Muteri Travel and Tours. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

• Al Muteri Travel and Tours specializes in Umrah travel services only.

• All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Prices, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payments

• A minimum deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your package.

• Full payment must be made before ticketing, visa processing, or hotel confirmation.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Visa Processing

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.

• Al Muteri Travel and Tours is not responsible for any visa refusal or delay.

• Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.

4. Flights & Airlines

• Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without notice.

• Al Muteri Travel and Tours is not responsible for flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations by airlines.

• Any additional costs due to flight changes must be borne by the passenger.

5. Hotels & Accommodation

• Hotel bookings are made based on availability at the time of confirmation.

• Room types (e.g., triple, quad) are allocated as per booking and availability.

• Exact proximity to Haram (in Makkah & Madinah) may vary depending on hotel location.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges will apply according to airline, hotel, and visa policies.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will take time as per the policies of suppliers (airlines/hotels).

7. Responsibilities of the Passenger

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months before travel.

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to comply with all Saudi rules and regulations during Umrah.

• Passengers must carry all required travel documents (passport, visa, tickets).

8. Responsibilities of Al Muteri Travel and Tours

• We will provide assistance in booking flights, hotels, visas, and transport as per the chosen package.

• We are committed to offering reliable services, but delays or changes beyond our control (airline, immigration, hotel issues) are not our liability.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Al Muteri Travel and Tours will not be held responsible for:

• Visa refusal or delay by Saudi authorities.

• Flight delays, cancellations, or lost baggage by airlines.

• Medical issues, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during travel.

• Any event considered as “force majeure” (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Multan, Pakistan.
